When the blower doesnt run shortly,when powered on,it sounds like the small fuse is defective.
If Fleiscmann cannot help you,maybe I can repair it for you.I dont think they repair these chargers anymore.

This would be great. Can I check the fuse myself ? Can you send me where the fuse is ?

Here are some picture.
But when I disconnect and connect the 343 plug the fan I running for around 1 second

ahh,ok.then the fuse is ok.so something else is wrong with the charger.
But the fuse is the brown round thing behind the 343 plug

Ok found it. Should be good. I will send to fleischmann today. If the Programm is lost it should be no problem. If not I will contact you again. Maybe you can check.

I can see its using a steady program.some of the 4 connectors on the right is connected.if they were all cut,it was using the programmeble program,which sometimes is lost.So I dont think the program is the problem.
Call Fleischmann first,because on their web it says they dont repair it anymore.

No all 4 are cut. Fleischmann did the Programm 2016. I called him. He will check if the Programm is lost
