I get my used e-car a year ago after a lot of research.

My Parameters: Everyday usage for going to work, 25 km away with al lot of hills. The car should be charging at home, but normally not at work. So in worst case it have to got 50 km in winter with heating, wipers, lights etc.

My decision was a used Smart 451 ED3. For this car i can get a lot of information, and there was a lot of them to get on the used market, so i can choose the one that i want to buy and don't have to get the one that is reachable.

Now, after a year, i'm still fascinated. This small car makes a perfect job for my parameters. Going to work and back is very reliable (in winter with worst case conditions i have 20 km left when i get home). So i can get 70 km with one charging every time (normal conditions approx. 100 km, best was 130 in sommer). Average Costs are 16 kWh/100km, this is 4 Euro. Not beatable with a normal conventional car.

Naturally, there are some limitations: Long distances are not an option because of my smart don't have fast charging. For full charging from empty, it needs 5 hours. And then there are only approx. 100 km .
