Hello i am Edwin and i came from the netherlands.

I got a berlingo with a lot of work to do. I think he dont drive because the batteries are damaged to much. I have tested a few times after i fill the batteries with destilated water. But i saw leaking the center batterypack so i dont think they where good. But bow ia the point to choice.

Will i sell it or should i buy new batteries or used one and what is the cheapest and what do i need to do. Other i will sell it voor 850 with al electric parts on it

When someone can help me Nd lives in north of holland

the SAFT are going to die, maybe convert the car to Lithium
Thank you Ralf but i don't know if it will work then...

The car doesn't drive when i bought it. i have done a lot of testings with Lexia but sometimes the shunt works and now it doesn't work. the batterys doesn't charge. ( one time it works for i think one hour) after charging that time till 30% it looks like it will work but it doesn't.

how can i test the machine without the batteries. What is the cheapest way to made it work with used or new batteries because a lot of batterie packs are other then PSA Saft voltage.

Is there anyone in The netherlands who works knows a lot of this system where i can go?

This where the faults before i started.

And what is the normal voltage wgen you dont give gas? It gives now gasidle 0.84v

What Berlingo do you have? Really one of the old one with SAFT NiCd batteries? The nominal voltage ist 162 Volt.
Whats the year of your Berlingo, I mean the production year? NiCd Berlingos are 2005 and older. Zebra-Berlingo are much younger. The modern Lithium-Berlingos startet 2013 oder 2014 or so.

Could you make a photo and post it here?

Maybe yours is one of the "Berlingo first" from Venturi with Zebra batteries? The nominal voltage is in the range of 255 V (as shown on your shreenshot). 255 Volt for NiCd batteries is very unlikely.

... and the good news: there is at least one real expert in Holland for both types of Berlingos.
.... and more good news: I have lots of technical documentation for Berlingos with SAFT NiCd, but most of it in German. What do you have already, what do you need? I drive a Berlingo-98 myself.
... the bad news: I cant help you if your Berlingo has Zebra batteries. No experience.

I got saft nicd. And its a 2004 berlingo with oltype dashboard the voltage was at the beginning of charging high 200 v but the charger say not used bet when i out it in some times he got this highed of voltage. Ome time the charger have worked but then he starts by 230v and goes down till 200v with 30 procent and it stops. Now he doesnt charging. But i know there are a few seft batteries gone because when i filling it with deminaralised water it was leaking in the center.

Maybe i must renove the not working one and replace the set without them to look what he do than but i think there are a few gone.

The car doesn't drive voor more then 4 years.

But when nothing will work it will be for sale complete. I have bought it for project to try give it life.
