I'm looking for inspiration about the battery heating. I'm going to put some hard foam boards sandwiched in cement to insulate my batteries a bit better, but I also want to be able to heat up the batteries before charging to be able to charge in cold weather.
I see mentions of battery heating systems in a few places but I cannot find details about them.
I'm thinking about silicon pads under the cells with a temperature sensor and a thermal switch in series in case things go south.
Can you share your own experience and how you build your battery heating?
