This is the bms i have remove from the no 78.

Hehe, those were the days. Today we're using readymade BMS Systems.

original 4 speed gearbox but in gearbox was marked as el-jet 2

It could be an interim model on the change between El-Jet 1 and 2. This wouldn't be the first to have components from 2 generations of Kewets. E.G. there were El-Jets 3 with a a carcontroller which was 'officially' introduced with the El-Jet 4.

and they need certificate of conformity to give me plates

Yeah, they tried to make the same move on my El-Jet 4 from 1994, but i had the original 'Zulassungsbescheinigung Part 1' (called 'Fahrzeugbrief' in the old times), which showed them that the car was a proper tested and certified vehicle in 1994 and that there isn't a CoC, which was introduced much, much later.
The larger problem was that the Kewet is not in any Database of the officials so they had to copy the data manually from the old Fahrzeugbrief and introduced some typos. The manufacturer of my car is now not Kewet but Kelwet

I have the papers,i also have show them the no50 papers which are in road here for almost 7 years,but keep asking me for COC as they dont have any informations about these vehicles.

Those papers where called 'Musterbericht' in the old times. There is a Musterbericht for the City-Jet 5 on the kewet.de site.

Ich hatte früher mal einen ganz einfachen Fahrrad Tacho eingebaut. Den Magnet dafür einfach an das Kreuzgelenk der Achswelle befestigt.
I once installed a very simple bicycle speedometer. I simply attached the magnet to the universal joint of the axle shaft.

According to my vin number it is clear that i have a 3rd generation kewet,the lila color one.
I understand that with the bicycle speedometer,but i need the old tacho,in the TUV here they take a photo of the odometer each time ,each 2 years,and they dont give the control papers if the kms are the same as the last control.

Just use a GPS, they come in old style as well

Das mit dem CoC ist tatsächlich ein Problem. Ich hätte einen Kewet nach Italien verkaufen können, auch er würde ihn ohne das CoC aber nicht zugelassen bekommen.
In Deutschland ist das normal kein Problem mit dem km Stand. Abhilfe / Helfen : mit einer Bohrmaschine an der Welle vom Tacho den km Stand erhöhen. Vorsichtig und langsam anlaufen lassen.

The Certificate of Conformity (CoC) is indeed a problem. I could have sold a Kewet to Italy, but even he wouldn't be able to register it without the CoC.
In Germany, the mileage isn't usually an issue. A workaround: carefully and slowly increase the mileage using a drill on the speedometer cable.

Τhank you friend, i see the photo,its ok to see the speed of the vehicle,but i need the mechanical odometer to keep counting up the kms for pass the TUV here.

Das die Tachowelle vom Vorderrad abgenommen wird habe ich noch nie gesehen. Beim 2 er kommt die Welle aus dem Getriebe und beim 4 er ist es elektronisch
Drehzahlmesser also für die Motordrehzahl haben die Kewet keine.

I've never seen the speedometer cable taken from the front wheel before. On the 2-series, the cable comes out of the gearbox, and on the 4-series, it's electronic.

Kewets don't have a tachometer, meaning they don't measure engine speed.

Τhank you Norbert,this would be the last solution to counting up the odometer.
I am thinking to use a small dc motor on the tacho cable and control the speed of the that motor with the pulses from the gearbox as the friend matzetronics suggest me.

Maybe my kewet 3 it s a special version.
It have the nechanical speedometer/odometer as kewets 1 and 2 and it has a one speed gearbox , so somehow needs a cable to work.
From the gearbox there is none cable to work with that speedometer/odometer.
Only the cable from the front left wheel seems to do the job.

On the 3-series, the speedometer cable is always taken from the left front wheel

Es gibt viele VIN Dekoder im Internet, Rechte dürften da nicht drauf liegen.

Nicht das ich wüsste. Ich behaupte allerdings fest und sicher, das ich nicht den Überblick über alles Material hier habe
Sieht man ja schon an der Nummer mit der Tachowelle, von der ich bisher keinen blassen Schimmer hatte. Claus hat viel aus der Sicht des El-Jet 2 geschrieben, weil er den ja hatte und ich eben über den 4er. Einen 3er hatte hier bisher keiner mit Daten.
